Margaret Sharrow is an artist exploring these questions and has an online proposal to create ULTIMATE STILLNESS at the North Pole (to read her proposal, see http://www.blogyourwaytothenorthpole.com/entries/166). As a prelude to heading to the Arctic, she is organising an online exhibition of images of stillness and silence that is open to all - DEADLINE EXTENDED to 1 March 2011.
